The service
parlak.us provides the Cloud Health Check, a self-service tool that reads configuration and billing data from cloud accounts you connect and reports findings and recommendations. The tool is read-only: it does not change your cloud resources. You decide which recommendations to apply, and you are responsible for the changes you make.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and be authorized to connect every cloud account you connect. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Plans, trials, and automatic renewal
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance in US dollars through our payment processor, Stripe. A new subscription may start with a free trial; we collect a payment method at the start of the trial and charge it when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can change plans or cancel at any time from the Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not refund partial months.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal after the notice period.
Professional services
Professional-services hours and TAM plans are optional, separately purchased services. Purchased hours are scheduled with you and are non-refundable once work has started. TAM plans and larger projects are governed by a separate written agreement.
Access to your data
Our staff cannot see your connected accounts, scans, findings, or reports unless you have purchased professional services or a TAM plan and you explicitly allow access. You can revoke that access at any time from Access settings.
Acceptable use
Do not connect accounts you are not authorized to access, attempt to break or overload the service, reverse engineer it, or use it to violate any law or third-party rights.
Disclaimers
Findings and savings estimates are informational and based on data available at the time of the scan. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms or fail to pay. After cancellation you can delete your connected accounts and data from the app, or ask us to delete them.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
